Company Policies
Shipping:
Order usually is shipped within 3 business days. All orders are subject to verification. If items
are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and
charged as the merchandise is shipped. Please note that the total shipping and handling charge
will not increase. All backordered items ship out via Standard Delivery.

8% everywhere elseReturn/Exchange Policy:
Returns/Exchanges may only be valid within 72 hours upon receipt of goods. Prior to the
return/exchange, and RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be issued by the return
department before Bebe Bella Designs accepts the merchandise. Otherwise, the product will be
returned to you at your expense.
Returns will be rejected for the following reasons:
a.) If the merchandise has been used or washed.
b.) If the damage on the merchandise is not due to manufacturing defects.
c.) Returned merchandise without proper authorization.
-Be advised shipping fees are non-refundable.
Special circumstances or unusual reasons for returns will not be processed until they have been
evaluated and approved by management.
*Shades of our fabrics may vary by product, production run, website and printed catalog. Bebe
Bella Designs does not guarantee consistency in shades.
Items categorized as "special order" can only be revised or cancelled within a 24 hour
period. This rule applies to all wholesale and retail customers. Special order items are defined as
any item outside those listed on our website/catalog or otherwise specified by Bebe Bella Designs.
